Tint Route
Terms of Service
Effective 11 May 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Tint Route or by sending a message to a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or web chat widget connected to Tint Route, you agree to these Terms of Service. Tint Route is operated by Geovane Garcia Azevedo (sole trader t/as Tint Route), ABN 43 904 734 945, located at 202/37 Barrack St, Perth WA 6000, Australia(“Tint Route”, “we”, “us”).
2. The service
Tint Route is a customer-relationship and scheduling platform for window tinting and related automotive services. It includes:
- A customer-facing AI chat agent that answers enquiries, qualifies leads, builds quotes, and books appointments across multiple channels (web chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, email).
- An operator dashboard for quoting, scheduling, job management, invoicing, and inventory.
The service is provided on an “as-is” basis. We continuously update and improve the platform and may add, remove, or modify features at any time.
3. Accounts and access
To use the operator dashboard you must create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@tintroute.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a way that risks the security or integrity of the platform.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, harass other users, or engage in any activity that violates the policies of the channels Tint Route integrates with (including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies);
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or proprietary algorithms behind the service;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or breach any security or authentication measures;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or
- Use the service to compete with Tint Route or to build a competing product.
5. Facebook Messenger and Instagram integration
Operators who connect a Facebook Page to Tint Route grant us permission to receive incoming Messenger and Instagram messages and reply on their behalf using the access token Meta issues. Operators warrant that they are authorised administrators of the connected Page.
Customers who message a connected Page may receive replies generated by the Tint Route AI agent. The agent will identify itself as part of the connected business's service. Customers can request a human operator at any time by replying “human” or by contacting the business directly.
6. Customer content
Operators retain ownership of all customer records, quotes, photos, and other content they upload or generate using the service. By using the service, operators grant us a limited licence to process this content as required to operate the platform (storage, indexing, AI inference, display in the dashboard).
7. Fees
Tint Route is currently provided to operators at the rates published from time to time. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be disclosed in writing before any charges are incurred. We do not charge customers (end consumers) any fee for interacting with the chat agent.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service is limited to the fees paid by the operator to Tint Route in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
Operators agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of (a) the operator's breach of these Terms, (b) the operator's violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) any content the operator uploads to or generates through the service.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time on written notice. Upon termination, we will retain operator-uploaded content for 30 days in case of accidental cancellation, then permanently delete it unless we are required to retain it by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be announced via email to operators and on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
